Roadrunner E-Bikes – Return & Refund Policy

At Roadrunner E-Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • All accessories, manuals, tools, and components are included.

  • You have proof of purchase.

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or wear

  • Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse

  • Batteries or electrical components that have been tampered with

  • Custom-built or special-order items

  • Gift cards


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked or insured service

  • Items lost during return transit cannot be refunded

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size components

  • Incorrect items

  • Defective items (subject to inspection)

If an item is out of stock, we may issue a refund instead.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within a reasonable period:

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or videos of the fault

  2. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.


6. Warranty

Most e-bike components and conversion kits come with a manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranties do not cover:

  • Wear-and-tear

  • Water damage

  • Incorrect installation

  • Damage caused by modification or misuse
