Shipping Policy – Roadrunner E-Bikes

Thank you for shopping with Roadrunner E-Bikes.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery of electric bikes, e-bike conversion kits, and related accessories.


1. Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • 3–7 business days for high-demand or large items (e.g., motors, batteries, complete kits)

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

If there are any delays (stock issues, verification problems), we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Times & Services

United Kingdom

We ship to all UK mainland addresses.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Tracked Courier Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Electric bikes, motors, and large items: 3–7 business days (due to size and courier handling)

All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once dispatched.

Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands

Delivery may take longer and may require a surcharge depending on the item size and courier restrictions.

We will contact you if your location requires additional shipping fees.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total order weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier availability

Some promotional offers may include free shipping.

Large items such as motors, batteries, and complete conversion kits may incur higher shipping fees due to courier safety rules.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email

  • The email will contain your tracking number and courier information

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Delivery Issues

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking link

  2. Contact the courier directly

  3. Contact us at (add your email) and we will assist you

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions depend on courier investigation outcomes.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will arrange replacement parts or a refund depending on the situation

Failure to report damage promptly may affect eligibility.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Wrong address entered

  • Recipient not present

  • Failure to collect from a pickup point

  • Refusal of delivery

You may be responsible for:

  • Redelivery charges

  • Return shipping fees

  • A restocking fee (if applicable)

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address before dispatch.


7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally outside the UK through our online store.

If you want to arrange a special shipment outside the UK, contact us directly to discuss options.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to courier regulations:

  • Lithium batteries may require special shipping services

  • Some remote locations may not be eligible for next-day or express delivery

  • Large or heavy items (motors, wheels, batteries) may require additional handling time
