How It Works

• Pay the deposit to secure your order.
• We’ll contact you to confirm your specifications, colours, components, and any custom options.
• Our team will begin building your e-bike.
• Once your bike is complete, we’ll contact you to arrange collection.
• The remaining balance is payable on collection before the bike is handed over.

• This deposit secures your production slot and covers the commencement of your custom build.
• As each bike is built to your individual requirements, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law.
